Stowmarket

Stowmarket is a market town in Suffolk, England, 12 miles from Ipswich and 37 miles from Norwich. It is on the Inter City line between London and Norwich.

Notable landmarks in Stowmarket are the Church of St Peter and St Paul and the John Peel Centre for Creative Arts.

A highlight of the town is the Food Museum, formerly the Museum of East Anglian Life. Set in 75 acres of farmland, woodland and riverside meadows, the Food Museum connects people with where our food comes from, past, present and future, using a collection of 40,000 objects and 17 historic buildings.

Stowmarket has markets on Thursdays and Saturdays.
