Event listings on our destination websites

Visit East of England, Visit Norfolk and Visit Suffolk now operate under a membership model.

From the launch of the new websites, event listings will only be accepted from current paid LVEP members. We are no longer able to publish events submitted by non-members.

This change ensures we can maintain a high-quality, well-managed events calendar that supports and showcases our committed tourism businesses across the region.

What this means for you

If you would like your event featured on our websites, you must be a current paid member.

If you are not yet a member, you will need to join before submitting your event. Any existing event listings that are not linked to an active membership will be removed as part of this transition.

Submitting an event (members only)

Once you are a member, you can submit your event for consideration. To help us process your listing efficiently, please ensure you provide:

A strong, clear event description
Accurate start and end dates, including times where relevant
Full venue details
A high-quality landscape image (minimum 1200px wide)

All submissions are reviewed before publication. Please allow up to 10 working days for your event to appear online.
