Beccles
Beccles is a charming market town on the River Waveney in the Broads National Park in Suffolk, England. It is on the East Suffolk branch line between Ipswich and Lowestoft, and 18 miles south-east of Norwich.
The historic town centre is full of independent shops, pubs and places to eat and a weekly market for local produce.
Beccles is a great place to hire a Broads cruiser or day boat, canoe or kayak. Cruising through the town on the water is a delight. Or spend time in the lido or take a ferry trip to Geldeston.
