About Hippersons Boatyard
Explore the beautiful River Waveney and the Broads National Park with a self-drive day boat from Hippersons Boatyard in Beccles. Available from 9:15am to 4:30pm, our boats are perfect for families, friends and couples looking to enjoy a relaxing day on the water.
Parking, fuel and buoyancy aids are all included. The lead hirer must be at least 18 years old, remain under the legal driving limit and no alcohol may be brought on or consumed on board. All boats are non-smoking and non-vaping. Day boats must be booked online in advance.
Looking for something a little different? Try our unique Pedal Boat, where two people sit facing each other and pedal to cruise along the river. It's a fun, eco-friendly way to explore the waterways, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spot local wildlife.
