Win an action-packed escape across Norfolk and Suffolk, including a Go Ape adventure for four, disc golf at High Lodge, a guided Watatunga safari and a bed and breakfast stay at The Guinness Arms.
Take to the trees at Go Ape Thetford, choosing from one of its four high-ropes activities or a Forest Segway experience. Your day in Thetford Forest also includes free parking and a round of disc golf for up to four people at High Lodge.
Your adventure continues at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve, where up to six guests can climb aboard a self-drive buggy for a 90-minute guided safari. Travel through grasslands, woodland and lakeside habitats as your expert guide helps you spot the reserve’s endangered deer, antelope and birds.
When it is time to relax, settle in for a bed and breakfast stay at The Guinness Arms in Icklingham. This 16th-century coaching inn has eight individually designed bedrooms and a landscaped garden leading down to the River Lark.
Come hungry for treetop challenges, wildlife encounters and time together in the open air. Leave with muddy shoes, memorable stories and a fresh view of Norfolk and Suffolk.

Prize-specific Terms and Conditions
1. The prize consists of a Go Ape Thetford Gift Experience for four people, free parking for one vehicle and one round of disc golf for up to four people at High Lodge, a 90-minute guided safari for up to six people at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve and a one-night bed and breakfast stay for two adults at The Guinness Arms, as described on this page.
2. The Go Ape Gift Experience is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed and booked within the validity period.
3. The Go Ape experience is subject to availability and the winner may choose one of Go Ape Thetford's four high ropes activities or a Forest Segway experience. Participants must meet Go Ape's minimum age, height and participation requirements for their chosen activity, and standard Go Ape safety rules and booking terms apply.
4. The High Lodge prize includes free parking for one vehicle and one round of disc golf for up to four people. The disc golf round must be used on the same day as the free parking and cannot be redeemed separately.
5. Participants use the High Lodge facilities at their own risk and must comply with Forestry England's site rules, parking conditions and visitor terms. In the event of severe weather or operational issues, Forestry England reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer.
6. The Watatunga experience includes one 90-minute guided safari with exclusive use of a six-seater self-drive buggy for up to six people and is subject to availability.
7. The overnight stay atThe Guinness Arms is for one night's bed and breakfast for two adults sharing a room.
8. Advance booking is required for The Guinness Arms stay and all bookings are subject to availability.
9. The stay at The Guinness Arms excludes bank holidays and selected peak dates and must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Travel, food, drinks and any other personal expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. In addition, The General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply to all Visit East of England prize draws unless otherwise stated.
13. The prize draw opens at 9:00am on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 00:00 on Tuesday 29 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
