Perfect for relaxing breaks, fishing holidays and nature escapes, each property sits beside the water so you can wake up to river views, watch boats drift past and enjoy the calm pace of Broadland life. Many guests choose the location for its tranquillity which is ideal for bird watching, photography and simply unwinding away from busy main routes. And many of our guests return year after year. As you can fish directly from your own private garden, this is a popular choice for anglers looking for a perfect Norfolk Broads Fishing Holiday.
Norfolk boasts huge open skies, excellent for photography and watching splendid sunsets. The surrounding reed beds and waterways are home to kingfishers, marsh harriers and a wide range of wetland wildlife, making it equally appealing to walkers and nature lovers.
With the option to hire a day boat to moor at your holiday home you can explore and discover hidden channels and quiet backwaters, cruising on the river. And if you are an angler enjoy the excellent fishing on Hickling, Horsey and Barton Broad.
You can explore nearby villages, local beaches, enjoy scenic riverside walks or travel a little further to enjoy the beautiful wide-open beaches on the North Norfolk Coast. Sheringham and Cromer are seaside towns not to be missed! And the facilities that the village of Potter Heigham offers, with the famous Lathams store with everything you need for your holiday or the angler could ever have imagined!
For a small fee and payable on the day we offer a luggage taxi service and can even have a food delivery arranged for you

The price includes hire of your selected property with or without car parking, please refer to the individual property details for car park inclusion. If property left as found, a £30.00 administration fee and £100.00 damage bond.

Properties are available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and departure is by 10am.
