About Poolside Lodges
Three cosy, family‑run lodges with private hot tubs and a seasonal heated pool, set in countryside just minutes from Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. Ideal for family breaks, relaxed escapes, celebrations and memorable get‑togethers.
Stay in one lodge or book all three for groups of up to 10 who want to relax, reconnect and enjoy time together.
Families love our pool and games room for keeping little ones entertained, while our private hot tubs give parents that precious evening time to unwind once the kids are asleep.
Couples looking for an affordable hot tub break will love Palm View Lodge - a cosy one‑bed hideaway with its own private outdoor area, perfect for morning coffees and peaceful evenings in the hot tub.
Group stays - our lodges sit close enough for easy socialising while still offering private space for those quieter moments.

- Is there a minimum night stay at Poolside Lodges?
Yes — our minimum stay is 2 nights. This helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards, as we fully empty, clean, refill and reheat each hot tub between every set of guests, which can’t be done on a nightly turnaround.
Off‑peak: Stay from just 2 nights, with any arrival day that suits you
Summer holidays: Arrivals are on Mondays (4 nights stays) and Fridays (3 nights stays)
Christmas & New Year: A 3‑night stay so you can settle in and enjoy the festivities
- Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is parking on site. Our parking area is located just at the rear of the site, right beside your lodge, making unloading and settling in really easy. For added peace of mind, we also have CCTV at the entrance to the site to support safety and security.
- How does check‑in work at Poolside Lodges?
We’ll personally greet you when you arrive, help you get settled into your lodge, and walk you through how to use the hot tub (and the pool during the open season) safely and confidently. Our aim is to make your arrival smooth, relaxed, and stress‑free so you can start enjoying your stay straight away. For guests arriving outside of our usual hours, key boxes are available for easy self‑check‑in.
- Can I charge my electric car at Poolside Lodges?
Poolside Lodges don’t currently offer EV charging on site, but are conveniently located close to the Gridserve charging hub, just over 3 miles away. It offers rapid charging, along with refreshments and comfortable rest facilities, making it an easy stop during your stay.
- When is the pool open at Poolside Lodges?
Our outdoor swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September each year. During the open season, the pool is heated and available for guests to enjoy from 9:30am to 9:30pm. For whole‑site bookings, we’re able to offer extended swimming hours.
From October through to the end of April, the pool is closed, securely covered at ground level and fenced off to prevent access.
- When are the hot tubs available at Poolside Lodges?
Our hot tubs are available all year round, so you can sink into warm, bubbling water in any season. Each lodge has its own private tub, freshly cleaned, carefully maintained, and ready for you the moment you arrive. There are no set usage times — we simply ask that guests are mindful of others enjoying the site.
- What family-friendly attractions can we explore nearby?
Perfectly placed for family adventures, with some of Norfolk’s best attractions just a 15-20 min drive away BeWILDerwood, Wroxham Barns and Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure are all close by, offering award‑winning days out packed with excitement, animals, rides and hands‑on fun.
For rainy‑day plans, there’s plenty to keep everyone smiling too. Enjoy indoor activities at Funky Monkeys Roller Rink, High Altitude and Gravity Trampoline Parks, or explore the fascinating displays at Wroxham Miniature Worlds.
Whether you’re travelling with toddlers, teens or the whole family, there’s always something nearby to make your stay memorable.
- What is the check-in & check-out time at Poolside Lodgess?
Check‑in is available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival, giving you plenty of time to settle in and start relaxing. Check‑out is before 10:00am on your departure day, so we can get everything fresh and ready for the next guests. If you’d like to arrive a little earlier or depart a little later, this may be possible. Just let us know at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that additional charges will apply for early check‑in or late check‑out.
