Begin your escape at Bedford Lodge, where you’ll enjoy full use of the spa facilities and a relaxed lunch before choosing a 60-minute personalised ESPA massage or facial each.
As evening arrives, sit down to dinner in the hotel’s two-AA-Rosette Squires Restaurant, with a £40 allocation per person and soft drinks included. Afterwards, settle into your king bedroom for the night before waking to a full English breakfast and access to the hotel’s Health & Fitness Club.
Your Suffolk experience continues at Giffords Hall Vineyard, where a knowledgeable guide will take you on a journey from vine to glass. Walk through the vineyard, learn about the grape varieties grown there and discover how the vines are nurtured throughout the changing seasons.
You’ll then explore the Winery and Barrel Hall to see how the wines are crafted and aged before enjoying a tasting flight of four award-winning wines. Choose your favourite still wine to enjoy as a full glass, then take some time to browse the Cellar Door shop.

Prize-specific Terms and Conditions
1. The prize consists of a Restful Ritual Spa Break for two at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, plus a guided tour and wine tasting for two at Giffords Hall Vineyard, as described on this page.
2. The spa break includes full use of the spa facilities, a one-course lunch and soft drink in the Spa Lounge, a choice of a 60-minute ESPA personalised massage or facial for each guest, an overnight stay in a king bedroom, dinner in Squires Restaurant with a dinner allocation of £40 per person (excluding alcoholic drinks), access to the Health & Fitness Club and a full English breakfast the following morning.
3. The Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa stay is subject to availability and excludes Newmarket racing and Tattersalls sales dates.
4. Any food or drinks ordered above the £40 per person dinner allocation, including alcoholic beverages, must be paid for by the winner before departure.
5. The Giffords Hall Vineyard experience is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
6. Advance booking is required for the Giffords Hall Vineyard experience and is subject to availability.
7. Participants in the Giffords Hall Vineyard tour must be aged 18 or over.
8. Tours operate on selected dates throughout the season. Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing must be worn, as part of the tour takes place outdoors.
9. If you are unable to attend your Giffords Hall Vineyard booking, at least five days' notice must be given to rearrange your visit.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. In addition, The General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions apply to all Visit East of England prize draws unless otherwise stated .
12. The prize draw opens at 9:00am on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 00:00 on Tuesday 29 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
