- HOW DO I PURCHASE TOUR TICKETS?
A supporter ID account is required to purchase tickets. Please create an account via www.itfc.co.uk/tickets ahead of the on-sale date.
Each guest attending a stadium tour will require a Supporter ID account for security purposes.
- ARE THE TOURS ACCESSIBLE?
The tour route around Portman Road is accessible, with lifts available at each stairwell point, level access along the route and a ramp available for access to the dug-outs.
The tour route consists of walking, with limited rest points. Please be mindful of the duration, where our tour guides need to complete the tour within 90 minutes.
If you have an impairment that may limit the progression of the tour, the Club offer tailored stadium tours which focus on supporting additional needs.

The Club offers nine accessible stadium tours, focused on supporting those with additional needs.
One personal assistant ticket can be selected alongside a fully priced adult ticket.
These tours are designed to support those with visual impairments, hearing impairments, mobility impairments and for those with learning difficulties and sensory issues.- CAN I BRING A BAG ON A TOUR?
Due to the high level of security we operate at Portman Road stadium, we are unable to store OR look after any bags or luggage. You may bring a bag with you on your tour, but no larger than A4. Any bags will be subject to a bag search at the start of the Stadium Tour.
- WHERE SHOULD I GO TO START MY TOUR?
Your Stadium Tour will begin in the Three Lions Lounge, which can be accessed by the turnstiles for the West Stand. This will be clearly signposted on the day/evening.
- I CAN NO LONGER MAKE MY TOUR DATE, CAN I AMEND MY BOOKING?
All stadium tour bookings are non-refundable. Tours will only be refunded if the tour is changed or cancelled by the club. However, we understand that some things are unavoidable, and therefore, tours are transferable to a different date within the same season. Any changes must be made prior to the original tour date/time with a minimum of 14 days' notice.
- IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is no on-site car parking at Portman Road Stadium. Please plan your journey in advance.
Car parks can be located on Portman Road, Sir Alf Ramsey Way, and West End Road.
