We offer a wide range of waterside holiday homes right in the heart of Wroxham — from sleek, modern retreats to spacious family lodges built for big, memory-making get-togethers.

Whether you want a quiet escape, an outdoorsy adventure or the perfect base for exploring the Broads National Park, there’s a property here with your name on it. And the best part? Every stay comes with a free day boat outside school summer holidays and Whitsun week (or 10% off during the summer dates), so getting out on the water is all part of the experience.

The Boathouse – Modern, Nautical & Right on the River

Styled with a clean, contemporary nautical feel, The Boathouse is home to three beautifully finished riverside escapes: Rivers View, Rivers Edge and Waterside. Each has en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a bright, open-plan living area upstairs, complete with a furnished balcony overlooking the water. Waterside sleeps eight, while the other two properties each sleep four.

The Sail Loft – Sociable Spaces for Groups & Families

The Sail Loft properties — Stay Sail, Main Sail, Spinnaker, Jib Sail and Top Sail — are designed for those who love plenty of space. Spread across three floors, they offer large kitchen-diners, generous sitting rooms and balconies that look straight out over the River Bure. Ideal for families or groups, they feature spacious bedrooms (many en-suite), plus sun decks or moorings perfect for watching life on the river.

Daisy Broad Lodges – Bright, Spacious & Great for Families

Tucked beside Daisy Broad, these four large lodges — Coot, Grebe, Heron and Mallard — offer roomy en-suite bedrooms and light-filled open-plan living spaces upstairs, leading out to furnished balconies. Coot and Grebe can even be linked to sleep up to 18 people, making them ideal for bigger gatherings. Mallard’s lawned riverside garden is a lovely spot for fishing or simply relaxing by the water.

Across the River – Greylag Goose, Crested Grebe & Bewick Swan
Sleeps 6–7 • Marina views • Pet-friendly

Just across the river are three charming waterside cottages: Greylag Goose, Crested Grebe and Bewick Swan. Each offers bright open-plan living, outdoor seating areas, parking for two cars and views of either the marina or the river. They’re all dog-friendly (charges apply) and include a free day boat outside school holidays, making them ideal for couples, smaller families or anyone who wants everything Wroxham has to offer within easy reach.
