Halesworth
Halesworth is a charming market town in Suffolk, England, 30 miles from Ipswich, 24 miles from Norwich and a few miles from the coast. It has the closest railway station, on the East Coast line between Ipswich and Lowestoft, to Southwold. Within the station buildings is Halesworth Museum.
The focal point of the town is the attractive Thoroughfare with a nice range of shops and places to eat and drink as well as timber-framed and Victorian buildings. This leads to the Market Place and St Mary’s Church.
