About Open Farm Weekend

Families are warmly invited to enjoy a fun-filled weekend at Euston Estate on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 2026, as the second annual Farming & Flowers ‘Open Farm Weekend’ event returns in celebration of local agriculture and elegant floral displays.

This year’s event is particularly special as we mark the 350th anniversary of St Genevieve’s Church, located within Euston Park. In honour of this milestone, the 2026 flower festival will take inspiration from the history and legacy of the FitzRoy family and the Dukes of Grafton, with displays reflecting their enduring connection to the estate.

Set within the picturesque grounds of St. Genevieve Parish Church in Euston Park, the historic home of the Dukes of Grafton dating back to the reign of King Charles II - the church will be transformed with stunning floral arrangements created by talented local flower arrangers alongside other attractions.

Visitors can enjoy homemade cakes, teas, coffees and refreshments as well as a variety of food vendors present throughout the weekend, where a variety of farming activities will also take place.

A highlight for all ages is the return of the popular Euston Scarecrow Competition. Entries are welcomed, with scarecrows displayed around the Euston Village Green and judging taking place at 3pm on Sunday.

The Euston Estate Farm Manager will lead tractor and trailer rides around the Estate, offering families the opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery, meet farm animals and learn more about life on the farm, with machinery on display from the estate.

Sheepdog trials will take place on Saturday 6 June, alongside an impressive Massey Ferguson tractor run featuring approximately 200 tractors, which will rally and line up for visitors to view.

“We warmly invite everyone to come and experience this community event,” says Canon Sally Fogden, one of the event organisers. “Enjoy the talented flower arrangers as we celebrate 350 years of St Genevieve’s Church, learn more about Euston and the farm activities, and relax with a wonderful family day out.”

Entry is just £2 per car, which includes an event programme and free parking. All profits raised will support St Genevieve’s Church, Euston.

The organisers extend their gratitude to the Duke and Duchess of Grafton for their continued support.

With thanks to Enray Power for their support of this community engagement event.
