About Yoga with Amanda Dufour

Join us for a relaxing yoga session in the tranquil surroundings of The Red House garden.

A gentle beginner-friendly yoga class with plenty of guidance, demonstration and options to adapt the postures. In addition to the physical poses, the practice incorporates breath-work and meditation to help you destress and build healthier coping mechanisms for the day to day demands of modern life.

Amanda is a certified Senior Yoga Teacher and registered yoga instructor with The Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. With over a decade of experience teaching groups and individuals with diverse needs and abilities, her focus is on specialised mindful movement to help improve mobility, strength and flexibility.
