Our experienced instructor will guide you through the entire process, from the preparation and handling of the meat to the creation of delicious and satisfying dishes. You will learn how to skin, joint, pluck and draw a variety of game birds, and then use this meat to make a range of dishes.

The course is designed for both beginners and experienced cooks who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills. Our hands-on approach means that you will have the opportunity to get involved in every step of the cooking process, from preparing the ingredients to cooking the dishes.

Pigeon, Beetroot and Hazelnut Salad

Mixed Game Wellington

Jamaican Muntjac Curry

Moroccan Pheasant Pastilla

The Game Cookery Course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the necessary ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided, so you can focus on honing your skills and creating delicious meals.
