About Doughnut Class

Our doughnuts are (most likely) the only ones to have ever been thanked in an Oscar acceptance speech - yes that's true. Soft pillowy dough, sweet and fragranced with lemon zest - they are a delight.

Over the three hour class, you will learn how to make them with us so that you can enjoy them whenever you wish, wherever you are.
We will make 2 doughnuts each with a filling of your choice, jam, custard or whipped chocolate ganache. We will also make a Maple Pecan Yum-yum and a Boston Cream with a thick chocolate glaze and a light custard filling.

You will learn how to mix the dough, shape, proof and fry them - before dipping in sugar syrup, filling them and drenching in sugar. All the recipes will be provided so you can recreate the doughnuts at home. This is the perfect experience for any true doughnut lover.

Please note:  We use peanut oil to fry the doughnuts so this course is not suitable for anyone with allergies to peanuts, milk or gluten.
