Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of bad weather, when the event date will be moved. You will be offered the new date or a refund at this point. Refunds will be offered at The Swan’s discretion only. A non-alcoholic cocktail can be offered in place of the welcome drink. We may have a photographer and social team present on the day. Please make our team aware if you would not like to be photographed, as these may be shared in promotional material.
