Our annual harvest fayre celebrating British apples returns!

Celebrate 35 Years of Apple Day at Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse with music, dance and crafts, delicious food and drink, and all-round good vibes on Sunday 4 October.

Discover heritage apples. Have your own orchard fruit identified with the East of England Apples and Orchards Project. Simply bring along a sample or photo.

Step onto Union Farm. See traditional steam threshing in action and meet our East Anglian rare breed animals including working Suffolk horses.

Enjoy live entertainment. Listen to rootsy bluegrass and Americana music from Cobbler Bob throughout the day and catch performances from Golden Star Morris at 11.30am and 1pm.

Tuck into tasty food and drink. Choose from Owie’s, Rambling Roots, Mardler’s Rest Café and their Apple Tent pop up.

Browse artisan stalls. Shop for art, crafts, gifts and treats and discover traditional skills including willow weaving, spinning, weaving, natural dyeing and beekeeping.

Join the costume competition. Dress to our 'Seasons' theme and enter to win a prize. All ages welcome.

Meet costumed characters. Visit Cherry Tree Cottage and discover how people made the most of the harvest season.

Take part in 'dusking'. Join a hearty new folklore-inspired tradition in the orchard at 1.30pm
