On the ground floor, there's a spacious dining room, a cosy study, and a large, bright living area with an open fire and TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, alongside a utility room and a convenient downstairs WC. Upstairs, the first floor boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite shower room, two double rooms, a twin room, and two family bathrooms. All duvets and pillows are feather and down for extra comfort. Outside, the property features an enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs, with a dining area, barbecue, and braziers for outdoor evenings. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private sauna, adding an extra touch of luxury. The house is ideally located for visiting Houghton Hall & Gardens during the open season (tickets not included -please check the website) and is just a 10-minute drive from the Sandringham Estate. The nearest beach and the popular village of Burnham Market are both within a 20-minute drive. For nearby conveniences, there's a shop and deli in the village of Bircham, only five minutes away, along with several local pubs within a short drive. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). While children and babies are welcome, equipment - such as cots - is not provided, other than a highchair.
