The Art Station is a non-profit arts organisation, developing a creative hub in Saxmundham, a rural market town in coastal Suffolk.
The Art Station is an arts charity offering an innovative Art and Learning programme in East Suffolk. We’re located in a 1950s telephone exchange and an old bank, on the high street in Saxmundham, a historic rural market town in coastal Suffolk. The Art Station’s unique venues have become a base for a dynamic and engaging arts and community programme.
We aim to unlock potential and effect real change – enabling people to come together to form communities around culture and creativity. The Art Station is developing a creative and cultural network in the region and provides free access to unique creative opportunities for all ages. Developing the local and regional cultural economy has a hugely positive impact for communities and business and characterises our region as a wonderful place to live, work and visit.
