Our plan has always been, and remains, that Partridge Lodge should be a relaxing, interesting, and fun place for friends and families to come and spend their much-prized holiday time. Although there is, thankfully, no getting away from the beautiful Suffolk countryside and all the areas of interest that it has to offer. We hopefully provide everything you need to get your holiday started including child friendly equipment that we know from our own experiences can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing, which would be great to avoid. The Farmhouse - Sleeps 9+ infants. This 16th Century property comes with an AGA for sumptuous roasts, a wood burner and open fire in its two sitting rooms with French doors onto a private garden with a hot tub, ping pong table, BBQ, play swings and toys. There are five bedrooms with two bathrooms and a separate WC. The Dairy Hall - Sleeps 9+ infants. This comes with a stunning vaulted barn space with wood burner and table seating from 9+ along long oak tables. There are five bedrooms with three bathrooms (one being a shower and basin) and separate toilet. Comes with a private garden with a BBQ, play swings and toys. The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants. Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, overlooking our pond with its wildlife, and one bathroom. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dining including BBQ. The Stables - Sleeps 2+ infants. Comes as an open living space with bedding that can be made up as 2 singles or 1 king size upon request. The property features a bespoke kitchen and separate bathroom with WC and large shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside patio with a BBQ. There is also a sofa bed and travel cot upon request. We also combine a listing ‚'Partridge Lodge and Grounds' to include the Dairy Hall, Farmhouse and Granary for events and celebrations with our ever-popular local chefs looking after memorable lunches and dinners in the Dairy Hall seating for up to 22 (option to facilitate 20 additional chairs). This package comes with exclusive use of our 7 acres of grounds including our ponds, fire pit, play fort, hot tub, sauna and tennis court (rackets and balls provided).
