About NT Flatford

As well providing a home for a variety of wildlife, several areas of the land at Flatford are used to graze livestock, including sheep and cattle.Our walking routes are open, you can find directions on our maps around the site. Please note that Fen Bridge, which crosses the river Stour between Flatford and Dedham, is currently closed because of structural problems. However, the walk to Dedham beside the river is still open.Our tea room is open, serving a range of hot and cold drinks, hot and cold snacks and light meals.You are most welcome to bring your dog for a walk at Flatford.
