A gravel drive provides parking for up to two vehicles at New Lane Cottage, which is set at the end of a private woodland track. The property features a large lawn, a patio with a private hot tub, outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ.
Please note that the cottage is close to the Bittern Line, with hourly trains running during the day, and there may be some low-level noise from Bartlett's potato processing factory on the other side of the railway line.
