The cottage sleeps up to four guests with one king-size bed and one double bed. For larger groups, you can extend your stay to accommodate up to six guests by adding the self-contained Briars Hut to your booking (available on request).

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove with complimentary logs, a widescreen TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi and a dining table that also provides a convenient workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the cookware, crockery and utensils you'll need for a self-catering stay.

The generous bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, while the modern shower room includes complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with outdoor dining furniture, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Norfolk. For an extra touch of luxury, a private hot tub can be added to your stay (available on request).
